Synopsis: ANZ200-300000- 716 AM EDT Tue Oct 29 2019 .Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters... A moist east to southeast flow will keep clouds over the waters, with areas of fog and drizzle this morning. Light winds will allow seas to diminish through the day and evening. The flow shifts out of the south by Wednesday, bringing a chance of showers to the western waters at that time. A strong cold front approaches from the west, bringing showers and increasing wind later Wednesday night through Friday, with the strongest winds and rain Thursday night. High pressure builds over the waters Saturday with drier weather.
